This website provides information about our company and products. It does not sell products, does not have user accounts and does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and reliability. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Customer orders
Our products are sold on TikTok Shop. Order and payment information is collected and processed by TikTok Shop under TikTok's privacy policy. We receive the order details we need to fulfill your order and provide after-sales support.
TikTok advertising data
We use TikTok API for Business to read performance reports from our own TikTok advertising accounts, such as spend, impressions, clicks, orders and revenue by campaign, product and video. We use these reports only for internal analysis of our own advertising. We do not use the API to access other advertisers' accounts, we do not provide services to third parties, and we do not sell or share this data. The reports are stored on systems controlled by our company with access limited to our staff.
